Water-miscible cooling fluids from the HOSMAC range are highly suitable for grinding and honing applications. Due to their good wetting properties, they ensure efficient flushing and chip removal, prevent clogging of grinding wheels, and do not leave sticky residues. HOSMAC grinding fluids do not foam even when diluted with demineralized water.
Forming
HOSMAC includes not only cutting emulsions but also forming fluids, which are suitable for pressing operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
