For a customer in the engineering sector – sports equipment manufacturing – we supplied a new curing oven with indirect heating and a continuous overhead conveyor for painting bicycle frames. The project resulted in a 150% increase in coating capacity.

Project description

The customer required a new curing oven with indirect heating and a continuous overhead conveyor for painting bicycle components.

As part of the project, we also addressed the hanging of parts and supplied special hangers for the bike frames. The painting booths were not part of the delivery, as the customer used the existing ones they already had.

The customer faced a coating capacity issue, and thanks to the completion of this project, the coating capacity was increased by more than 150 %.
