Wet Coating Line with Degreasing Station and Recirculation

For a customer in the engineering industry, we designed and delivered a complete manual wet coating line technology intended for custom coating of both small and oversized parts up to 20 meters in length. The paint shop includes chemical pre-treatment, exhaust and drying system, an in-house paint mixing room, four air handling units, and a manual WAP box with a recirculating extraction unit.

Project description

Instead of a conveyor system, transport carts with a load capacity of up to 10 tons are used, which are operated using a forklift. The spray booth can be divided into four separate zones, increasing operational flexibility when coating different types of parts.

The project also included a compressor station and compressed air distribution system.

The complete cotaing line was installed and finished in just 13 days.
