Project description

On an area of approximately 365 m², a modern line was built, including a robotic coating booth, an electric curing oven, and a cooling tunnel.

The key element of the project was the integration of two ABB robots. The solution also includes an HVAC system for the cleanroom and a cooling tunnel. The continuous Stop & Go conveyor ensures smooth operation of the entire line, enhancing both safety and reliability. A complete fire protection system for the robotic booth is, of course, also part of the installation.
