ArtiCoating and RoboTwin: robotic painting without programming
The connection of ArtiCoating® and RoboTwin® allows the painting robot to be taught without programming knowledge. The operator demonstrates the movement directly on the part, the system records it and automatically converts it and saves it into the robot program.
The process takes place in three steps:
1. demonstration of the movement
2. automatic generation of the program
3. starting robotic coating
The time to learn a new application is in the order of minutes. RoboTwin ensures the recording and conversion of the trajectory into the painting program.
