The ITS collaborative robot works in place of the painter, handles complex positions inaccessible to humans, offers easy learning, fast installation, and simple operation.

Ease of learning

The ITS robot makes the painter’s work easier thanks to intuitive operation and clear editing of learned positions. Operator training and robot programming are very simple.

Compatibility with spray guns of various brands

The robot is suitable for all spray gun manufacturers (Sames, Gema, Nordson, Wagner) and all types of spray booths. It enables easy integration, higher efficiency, and greater flexibility in coating.

Industrial-grade holder

The special holder allows a quick switch from manual to robotic coating in just a few seconds.

Control system HiVision

Our HiVision control system allows customized environment adjustments. It is durable, glass-made, and can be operated even while wearing gloves.

7th axis for flexible movement

Thanks to the 7th axis, the robot’s reach is unrestricted and it simplifies the learning process. It can be extended up to 4 m, for example, for large spray booths and boxes.
