As an authorized representative, we provide NASH Certified Service™ with a focus on long-term operational reliability, high efficiency, and minimization of unplanned downtime. Our goal is to keep your liquid ring vacuum and compression systems in optimal technical condition throughout their entire service life.
Comprehensive Service Support
We provide preventive maintenance, planned and emergency repairs, and supply of original spare parts. We also perform remanufacturing and technological upgrades. Our service covers not only NASH pumps, but all liquid ring technology products available on the market.
Diagnostics and Failure Prevention
We carry out endoscopic (fiberscope) inspections without the need to dismantle the unit. Through visual inspection of internal components such as the rotor, casing, or pumping chamber, we can detect wear at an early stage and schedule maintenance before performance drops, thereby reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
System Analysis and Performance Measurement
We provide expert analysis of complete vacuum and compression systems, support during commissioning, and troubleshooting of operational issues. Our services include in-situ capacity measurement. After repairs, we guarantee at least 95% of the performance of a new unit in accordance with HEI standards.
Monitoring and Training
We offer vibration analysis and condition monitoring support for long-term technical assessment of equipment. We also provide operator and maintenance training tailored to specific technologies and operating conditions.
